Quick fixes
Flashcards Plus is missing
Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the Apple ID you bought Plus with. The app restores your subscription automatically; if it does not, use Restore purchases on the Plus screen.
My topics do not sync
Sync is part of Flashcards Plus. Sign in with the same Apple ID on every device and check that the device is online. Changes you make offline sync as soon as you are back online.
I get no reminders
Allow notifications for Flashcards in your device settings and check the time under Profile → Daily reminder. Reminders are planned for days when cards are due.
I deleted a topic by mistake
Deleted topics and cards can be restored for 30 days from the trash in the app.
Manage your subscription
Apple bills Flashcards Plus. To change or cancel it, open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete your account
You can delete your account in the app or with a form. See Delete your account for the steps and what gets deleted.
